Describing myself? Quite a challenge when you are a modest Fleming. That's why I prefer to give others the honor. I am seen as: A problemsolver: “Any problem you encounter, you address, you analyse, and you search for the right solution. Planner/organizer: “You are strong in managing projects, in both business and personal areas, like building your house and up an event.” My vision: A well thought-out approach ensures a good result. Entrepreneurial/leader type: “When something needs to be done, you spontaneously take the lead to give directions and to coordinate to make sure that the work is completed succesfully.” My strategy: Leadership is showing people that they are capable of a lot more than they realize.
