About Neli Nochipa

I am a scientist, dedicated, determined, and self-motivated with a broad experience consulting with molecular testing laboratories and leading teams to an end goal. My core skills include molecular biology, product development, laboratory management, clinical trials design, and building collaborations. I have an analytical and investigative approach to my work which has enabled me to create and propose new products to have a positive social impact.I am a Trans Woman and a trans scientist in other words from men to trans woman and to scientists to artist but at the end all in one WOW! My art is about expressing change and CHange is CAmbio (CHisCA ), in Spanish and that is my new Strat-up.CHisCa is defined by the inclusion of all possible variants that define humans as we understand today, from genetics to gene expression to express the unique variants of each individual in pieces of art, so the unique objects of art express the unique changes in a way to understand our changes from a deep point of view, with the end goal to accept changes.
