About Nell Mendlinger

Much of my adult work specializes in interpersonal relationships, teamwork and team building, expectation management and the customer experience. While much of my focus in my recent years are geared towards hospitality management, the majority of my skills are applicable and transferable to any "customer experience" forward job. I enjoy curating an experience where the customer leaves happier than when they arrived; from a simple beer sale interaction, to one solitary dog walking visit, to an entire two hour meal. However, a good portion of my attention goes towards maintaining and participating in a healthy and supportive work environment. As a team leader in every position I hold, I have the interest, the intent, and the know how to help shape environments for both the customer and the employees/employer.
