About Nell Wilson

I believe in leaders who exercise leadership differently, who are committed to adaptively solving complex challenges whilst being inclusive and courageous! So, I work with Executives & Senior Leaders and teams, in Australia & around the world, to support them to be the best they can be. I am often engaged to- Work with diverse leaders from all around the world, across a variety of sectors & industries for Executive 1:1 coaching- Facilitate 360-degree feedback & debriefing sessions that increase self awareness & identify specific development areas & themes-Partner with leaders & teams designing bespoke development interventions that are practical, interactive & long-lasting- Consult to organisations who are interested in developing talent development, DEI strategies, Leader as Coach and Mentoring programs as well as focus groups, team culture and engagement interventions and other learning and development solutions. I use both evidence & strength-based approaches that both support & challenge and are described as insightful & impactful to leaders thinking & behaviour. People see & experience tangible shifts in their approach and results and produce better outcomes. I am also dedicated to supporting a higher representation of women & gender diverse folk in leadership in organisations. My flagship program “Accelerate™”, which is facilitated in organisations around the world sees over 70% of graduates being promoted either during or within 12-18 months of graduating. My other program, Accrue™” is an advanced leadership program for all leaders. Organisations invest in a group of diverse & dynamic leaders over time in order to accrue & foster more cohesive & courageous leadership teams, that focus on inclusion & constructive workplace cultures. It’s about stepping up & adapting to new ways of leading people & organisations. It is also about leaders developing other leaders, so has a strong emphasis on coaching & multiplying leadership capabilities. I have worked with leaders across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors including investment & finance, telecommunications, media/advertising, digital marketing, government - federal, state & local, health, education, ADF, IT, police & corrective services, consulting, law, banking, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, mining/resources, insurance, tourism, and utilities. As I’ve led teams for over 19 years and spent years as an Executive Coach & Senior Facilitator, I bring both credibility, experience, empathy & a deep knowledge & practice of leadership.
