About Nelli Harjula

I am outgoing and ambitious digital marketing professional with a problem solving attitude and eagerness for finding new insights. I believe that one of my best qualities is that I love to learn new things and I always want to understand how things work. By learning and gaining understanding about things at hand, it is possible to find the best solutions and ways of working."Learning by testing" mindset is very natural for me, and during my years in marketing, I have gained perspective on how things should be done. I'm eager to push myself and my team forward to desired outcome. I believe that data-driven way of looking things and making decisions provides the best possible capabilities for marketing and sales optimization and successful projects. Also, I believe that setting targets for work (content, campaigns etc.) and monitoring selected KPI's is the key for systematic working that will result the desired outcome. I would say that I'm a creative person and I enjoy creating engaging campaigns, copywrites and visuals. I finished my Master's program of Service Management in the beginning of 2021 and graduated as a MSc in Economics and Business Administration. I wrote my Master's Thesis about service design and as a minor studied communication.
