As a finance and data analytics professional, I’ve built a career around using data to drive strategy, solve complex problems, and support executive decision-making. My background spans financial services, consulting, and analytics, and I’ve found the most rewarding roles to be those where I’m helping build something new, improve existing processes, or drive meaningful change.Most recently, as part of Wells Fargo’s Customer Analytics team, I focused on developing insights and strategic recommendations for Consumer, Small Business, and Commercial Banking. I’ve built SQL-driven analytics tools and Tableau dashboards and ThoughtSpot tools that help leadership better understand customer behavior and create strategies to increase acquisition, retention, and satisfaction with a focus on Diverse Segments and customer demographics analysis. Before that, I worked on Bank of America’s Forgiveness program, helping design the operational reporting and workforce analytics strategy that supported employees processing nearly small business loans totaling over $30B. Using SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau, I helped build out the tools and processes that kept the program running efficiently during a time of massive economic uncertainty.In 2017, I joined an internal consulting team at Bank of America, where I helped analyze the company’s workforce and end-to-end processes via headcount and people expense analysis to identify cost savings and operational efficiencies. Leading a team of six analysts, I worked on projects covering employees and $6B in personnel expenses, advising leadership across Technology, HR, Global Banking, Risk, and Wealth Management on ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Even though my recent roles have focused on customer and people analytics, my foundation is in finance and accounting, and I started my career as a Financial Analyst supporting a $55B+ commercial real estate credit portfolio. That early experience gave me a strong foundation in financial modeling, forecasting, and P&L analysis, which I still use today when building business cases or evaluating strategies.At my core, I enjoy solving problems, working with data, and helping businesses make smarter decisions. Whether leading a team, managing a project, or operating as an individual contributor, I bring a blend of technical expertise, business strategy, and consulting experience to the table.
