D. advertising media planning, media buying, digital social media, professional based in UK with over 16 years of media experience. I have worked in 5 countries as media planner media buyer handling media services - media planning and media strategy, media buying, digital online advertising, social media, programmatic, media research analysis, media monitoring and overseeing media campaign implementation across all media platforms for Africa, Middle East, India and Sri Lanka. My core expertise lies in media management for local and multinational clients such as Nestle, Unilever, Procter and Gamble, Castrol, Ethiopian Airlines-Global & many more. In my most recent two assignments I was with McCann Erickson, Kenya as a Regional Director handling media services across the African Markets for all McCann Erickson client's namely Nestle, Ethiopian Airlines-Global, Sony Africa, Voice of America (VOA), UNICEF, etc. Prior to this I was the Leader / Managing Director for Mindshare and GroupM in Sri Lanka leading a media team of 36 Sri Lankans handling Unilever, HSBC, Tigo(Telecom), Nokia and all other agency clients - Headed the 19 direct member professionals dedicated Unilever media team Expertise: Media planning and strategy, media negotiation and buying, media research analysis for both traditional and digital/online media across several countries.
