I have worked in the transport industry for 25 years now and still love it as much now as when I started. Meeting new customers everyday as well as the same one's to as well as working with my peers. I have worked as both a owner driver for Fastway couriers winning a franchise of the year award in just my 1st year to selling my run for a 700% profit after 3 years then moving into the operations side of Fastway as an employee as an AM supervisor then made 2IC till being made redundant. My first stint at courier work I was an owner driver as well for a company called CTI back in 1998 before moving into the admin and dispatching role in the company before it went bust. now I'm an employee for FedEx as a courier and again won the award as employee of the year for FedEx Australia/New Zealand which is an achievement I will treasure for a long time but that commitment only because of the family I work with and the best Depot Manager I have ever worked for.I have had the best time but now Time for new challenges.
