With almost eight years of experience in the beauty industry, I am a marketer by DNA, currently in a commercial role as a Key Account Manager at L'Oréal, the world leader in cosmetics. I am focused on finding new ways to build brand equity while constantly developing the business model for a global and exciting retailer.Before joining the commercial team, I was a Senior Product Manager for L'Oréal Paris and Men Expert Skin Care, responsible for nine markets in the Adria-Balkan region. I integrated all aspects of the marketing mix to create a diverse and complementary offer for our consumers, aligned with L'Oréal's mission of creating beauty that moves the world. I have also acquired multiple certifications in leadership, digital, and management skills, and I am a public speaker and an ambassador for One Young World, a global forum for young leaders. My passion for marketing and brand management drives me to constantly learn from the best, strive for excellence and self-improvement, and help the community as a catalyst for good.
