About Nenad Prah

My working experience has been connected to ERP solutions and business intelligence as well as to the improvement and development of the system of managerial reporting in companies of different activities. I have gained the experience working on projects, so I have experience of working in manufacturing companies and car industry. I am focused on the improvement and transformation of business activities using data science and its application in building the system of reporting for all managerial levels. When working on business information systems implementation I was in charge of the implementation of ERP programme solutions and the implementation of Qlik Sense BI solution and also of development and educating users. I am a partner of Altius Consulting Ltd. known for its implementations of functions of controlling as a complete solution that helps management in making business decisions based on the exact and visually attractive business reports. I teach two programmes at Altius Business School. At one year lasting specialization for controlling manager I teach Project management and BI solution Qlik Sense implementation and I am also a study conductor as well as a teacher at one year lasting specialization for business analytics manager. The programmes are approved by the Ministry of Science and Education.
