About Nenna Kalsi

I have completed my Master’s degree in Adult Learning at Linköping University. This international program, focused on lifelong learning, deepened my understanding of how education drives personal growth and organizational development. The program emphasized cross-cultural collaboration and adaptability through partnerships with universities in Canada and South Africa, enhancing my ability to navigate diverse learning environments and design impactful educational initiatives. Building on my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (specialized in Personnel, Work, and Organization) from Stockholm University, I have developed a strong foundation in workplace dynamics, organizational psychology, and professional development. Currently, I work as a Learning and Development Coordinator at the Finnish Central Organisation for Motor Trades and Repairs (Autoalan Keskusliitto), where I support training services, business-driven education solutions, and skills development in the automotive sector. I also continue to work as an Associate Producer at Teknavi, where I manage projects, partner collaboration, and communication. My academic and professional paths have been strongly international, with studies and work conducted in English and Swedish. Living in Sweden for several years and participating in international expansion projects have strengthened my ability to operate across cultures and languages. I am passionate about supporting continuous learning and professional growth. I thrive in dynamic environments that value creativity, adaptability, and strategic collaboration.
