About Neo Ndlovu

I am a well all-rounder IT Support Technician from basic networking skills (Hardware and Software) to Operating System troubleshooting. I mostly excel in everyday basic to advanced troubleshooting skills regarding above mentioned skills by providing academic, working and personal experience that I've accumulated over the years in the IT field and during my CISCO CCNA certification study. I am able to Build simple LANs, perform basic configurations for routers and switches, and implement IPv4 and IPv6 addressing schemes. I know also how to Configure routers, switches, and end devices to provide access to local and remote network resources and to enable end-to-end connectivity between remote devices. During my CISCO studies I Developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills using real equipment and Cisco Packet Tracer.I also consider myself a advanced researcher regarding any network or systems/software problem regarding the task/problem at hand. I believe in sharing innovative ideas, developments and strategies that will help benefit, grow and improve the company's productivity to maintain good and quality standards.
