Hello, my name is Neomi Lowe. I am a graduate from the University of Central Florida's Rosen College of Hospitality Management. Experienced in the hospitality industry and customer service field. Most recent position was with Benchmark Global Hospitality as a Reservations Agent at The Grove Resort and Spa in Orlando. Prior to my most recent position, I was with the Rosen Hotels & Resorts company for over a year as a front desk agent. As an agent, I assisted with checking-in/checking-out 250+ guests into a 1,334 room hotel, while delivering excellent, efficient guest service. In addition to working for Rosen Hotels, I was with the Universal Orlando Company for over 2 years. I started as a server at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Three Broomsticks. I grew within my current location and was offered to step up as a team captain.
