My name is Nerali Sheth, I am a delivery focused and self-motivated HR Specialist, with a combination of operational and strategic recruitment skills. Recently completed a second Masters degree at the University of Westminster, whilst working part-time at Pollinate. I am actively seeking career growth opportunities. I have 16 months of Fintech experience as an internal recruiter in London. I have been recruiting for a wide range of roles like Design, Engineering, Data, Product, Strategy, Analyst etc. I am detail-oriented and resourceful, known for my first-rate collaboration, organisation, and team building as well as Diversity and Inclusion within an organisation. I am career oriented and looking to develop my career in the HR Generalist field, building on my Masters Human Resources and MA in Industrial/Organisational Psychology knowledge.
