I’ve led HR for high-profile, customer-centric brands across Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Canada, delivering results through start-up, expansion, and transformation in private equity-backed, privately-owned, and ASX-listed companies. Known for building talent, integrating cross-company teams, and shaping high-performance cultures, I combine creative thinking with commercial delivery to guide organisations through current challenges and future growth. I built Virgin Active’s HR function from the ground up, launching the brand across Asia Pacific and advancing to Country Director in 2020, leading the Australian business through the pandemic into recovery. I now lead HR for Inspired Education across Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam and Indonesia. Headquartered in London, Inspired operates 121 premium schools in 28 countries with 20% annual growth through acquisitions and greenfields. Recently named a UK top-10 highest-value private company by Beauhurst, I oversee HR strategy and operations, driving performance and transformation across a diverse portfolio of school brands.
