About Nerijus Bagdonas

I am a holistic movement, strength, and lifestyle coach and a creator of Train P3 method. I integrate mobility, strength and skill building using principals from martial arts, gymnastics, dance, yoga, parkour, acrobatics, traditional strength training and more. I also teach holistic lifestyle and nutrition practices. I have 20 years of coaching experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University and numerous training and performance certifications (CSCS, FRC, NASM, ACSM, USAW). I have specialty training with kettlebells, gymnastic strength training, animal flow and have trained with movement specialists like Ido Portal, Fighting Monkey, Mike Fitch and many others. I am a former competitive martial artist in Tang Soo Do Karate, and an NPC Bodybuilder. As a fitness model I was featured in commercials, add campaigns and major fitness magazines as a model or an author including Men’s Health, Muscle and Fitness, Men’s Fitness, Met-Rx and other media publications. For the past year and a half I have been traveling Asia and Europe studying movement, meditation, holistic health and healing practices.
