About Nermin Celjo

I always strive to make myself and others better at work and on my free time, you want the best people around you. I have an ability to see the positive and the good qualities in people, knows how to get everyone on the same page to work towards the same goal. A lot of it comes through football (soccer) as I have played pretty much my whole life and at a relatively high level, to understand the importance of setting a goal and working towards it as a group. The training "lead without being a boss" and the six months I worked in Germany have given me a greater understanding of different people and situations, where I have had to develop my qualities of being able to change myself depending on the person I meet or the situation that arises. Always want to develop my leadership, it's something I work on every day to become better as a leader and a person. The more responsibility I have, the better I get, always growing with the task and not afraid to try something new. Always do more than I need because I see it as an investment in myself. I don't see obstacles or problems, only knowledge to take in and solutions to find. I usually say that you start aging when you stop learning new things. Have worked with LEAN and I am always looking to produce and streamline my way of working.
