Medicine changes when ideas meet the real world. The best innovations don’t start with technology. They start with people and problems worth solving. That belief shaped my path from bedside to boardroom. As Global Medical Director at Erbe Elektromedizin GmbH, I lead the fusion of science, engineering, and clinical insight. My goal is simple: create technologies that redefine safety, precision, and reproducibility in endoscopy and surgery. I design studies that work. Rigorous enough for science, practical enough for the real world. My years as a clinical researcher and principal investigator taught me how to build trials that run smoothly, generate trustworthy data, and actually answer the right questions. I speak the languages of medicine, advanced biostatistics, and strategy. I connect evidence with execution, because innovation fails when either side breaks. Before Erbe, I led 240 clinicians through the COVID-19 crisis. It taught me that leadership is to retain clarity and vision under pressure. My work now sits where technology meets truth. That’s where change begins and where I intend to stay.
