With over 20 years of experience in language education, evaluation, and digital learning innovation, I specialize in creating accessible, learner-centered training solutions that integrate emerging technologies to enhance learning outcomes. Trilingual in English, French, and Turkish, I am passionate about designing impactful learning experiences that combine instructional design, e-learning development, and accessibility best practices. I currently work as a Language Training Advisor & Learning Specialist at the Canadian Foreign Service Institute (Global Affairs Canada), where I lead initiatives that bring together digital innovation and accessibility standards to optimize the learner journey. My role involves designing and evaluating foreign language training programs for Canadian diplomats, developing AI-powered learning tools, and advancing blended, distance, and technology-assisted learning models. Previously, I worked as a Language Evaluation Advisor, where I designed and delivered language proficiency assessments, managed tester certification programs, and developed testing materials to support national standards. In addition to my work in education, I have extensive experience in business development and international operations, having served as Turkey Representative and Sales Manager for PCC ASIA LLC for over ten years. I hold a CPACC Certification (Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies), a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching French as a Second or Foreign Language from Bahçeşehir University, and a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from Istanbul University.
