About Ness Chakir
I have been fortunate enough to survive law school (I am sure lots of attorneys can relate to that experience) and practice law. After graduating, I mostly worked in-house for small and midsize companies where I handled typical corporate and regulatory compliance matters but later as an outside legal counsel providing the same legal services as well as handling real estate issues for companies. Today, I own a boutique law firm with an in-house title company where I not only handle commercial and residential transactions, real estate related litigation, landlord and tenant legal issues, but also all things related to real estate. I am also a volunteer attorney with the local legal aid society where I handle family law related matters pro bono whenever I am able to. I have worn many hats in my career; lawyer, entrepreneur, researcher, strategist, marketer, and business manager. As a result, I have a unique ability to navigate complex challenges whether legal or non-legal. But If I cant help you, I am sure I know someone who may be able to.
