With over 20 years agricultural sector exposure, specifically experienced cattle and beef, my track record indicates strong analytical, problem solving and financial skills, a strong attention to detail, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills. As an ENTJ personality type I am objective and conceptual, with a broad vision for improving organisations and systems, always ready to speak-up when I see problems or flaws in logic. With a focus on the future, able to see the long-term implications of plans and decisions, I am inspired by projects that challenge and require me to think creatively. I readily understand what needs to be done to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and take great satisfaction from implementing plans. This has been proven in my previous roles. I have been an integral part of highly successful teams bringing about significant change and implementing strategic direction, both as a leader and as a member. My biggest contribution to these teams has been my ability to work independently on the tasks/responsibilities assigned to me, to analyse the tasks, find a clear direction and deliver results on time.
