With over twenty years of work experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, I am the Area Reservation Sales Manager at Hyatt's Miraval Resort & Spa, Arizona. I have a strong background in travel, hospitality and management, having worked in Revenue & Reservations for Transient, Leisure, and Groups, across multiple properties, as well as having been a Field Sales Manager in the natural foods and skin care industry, a Luxury Travel Advisor for Tzell Travel Group, and a bartender for multiple establishments. I have developed competencies in management, customer service, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving, as well as a passion for creating memorable and personalized travel experiences for my clients. I am fluent in English and speak Spanish, have spent my adult life traveling the world, playing music, and practicing Integrative Wellness, and I enjoy learning about different cultures and destinations. I am motivated by the mission of Hyatt Hotels to deliver exceptional hospitality and care for people, and I aim to contribute to the success and growth of the company and the team.
