About Neva Capin

GREENWOOK LEADERSHIP works collaboratively with teams to enhance healthier communication (problem solving, mediation, perspective taking) that will ultimately build a safer and diverse work communities. I am teaching with applied theatre (Boal' s "Theatre of the oppressed" and Diamond's "Theatre for living") and expressive art methods in order to train-the-trainer and train-the-teachers. I focus mainly on prevention of burnout and facilitate inclusion and diversity (for organizations and teams) and prevention of bullying (with youth and child related professions). Thanks to my education in Psychology, Clinical Expressive Art Therapy (CEAT) with Dr. Avi Goren-Bar (Israel), Forum Theatre with POKAZ (Croatia) and David Diamond's Theatre for Living (Canada), I am able to bring new, creative and inspiring methods that influence the ways we communicate. I have expertise with diagnostic & interventions, Gestalt principles, object relation principles, group Arts therapy, family & couple Arts therapy and diagnostic through Arts. I am, above all, a fast learner and a creative individual, open to new experiences and knowledge!
