About Neva Kocic

Trained as an architect I now learn and work as a Designer and Creative technologist in New York City. I am interested in the imaginative and poetic, and I love to collaborate! I get super excited over ideas that might bring a wonderful product to the world! I devote all my energy into it - I do a lot of research, sketching, rethinking, prototyping. I can’t wait seeing it coming to life! My background is in architecture as I wanted to build things with wonderful and charming experiences. I continued with ITP NYU master’s program, as that has opened more creative doors, introducing more building tools, conceptual, digital and analog (coding, UX design, sewing machine, 3D scanning and printing, laser cutting, milling)! I’m a team player, love group work and improvisation but also self-driven and motivated; still eager to learn and gain more experience in fabrication, prototyping and code. I want to contribute building charming user experiences.
