About Neva Morrissy

As the co-founder of primary prevention charity Voice of Change my vision is for a world where equality and respect are no longer issues to be addressed, because ‘us and them’ is no longer a concept that exists in society. My love of collaboration, and my relationship-building skills, are of significant value in the not-for-profit ecosystem where partnerships are key. I have developed an extensive network of contacts that I consult and collaborate with to support Voice of Change as it grows and evolves. My solutions-focus, ability to prioritise, multi-task, and to think laterally are key strengths that I bring to my role. I am passionate about projects that create meaningful impact, and about creating a society where everyone experiences safe, respectful relationships, free from threats, manipulation and violence. My experience in event, project and operations management provides me with a foundation to tackle challenges with creativity, flexibility and agility. I believe everyone should have a seat at the table when it comes to formulating strategies for achieving equality and ending family violence. My philosophy: small actions by many make for great and meaningful change.
