About Nevin Abney

I am currently working as an End User Support associate at Conduent. My role consists of cleaning and configuring computers for at home employees with an MDM software. I am also in charge of collecting forensics data when asked to by the client or operations. With the GSX training and certifications I have had, I do hardware repairs when necessary. With the logistics side of this position it has a high volume of shipping and receiving of computers, which can lead to them being damaged. I am a hard working, diligent and friendly employee who tries to do his best in the job environment to help make my coworkers jobs easier. I love to learn knew things so I'm widely trained and can do a lot within my company My education at Sullivan University was wonderful and has given me a lot of training and experience in computer science in information technologies. I have taken their certification courses for CompTia and Windows which was very insightful. I have held warehouse positions for most of my working life but I think I excel at IT. I have worked hard at growing my knowlege about I.T. to prove what I've learned so I can help me grow professionally.
