Preparing and reviewing piping specification in accordance with the company standards and general codes & ASME standards. Preparing and reviewing valves datasheet, vendor technical specification and bidders quotations. Provide piping technical input to P & ID including piping classes, valves types and special items. Review all vendor documentation to assure the compliance with design and technical requirements. Preparing material take off requirements for construction of piping system. Construction supervision on site activities. Provide redesign solutions for the field problems or change (clashing, mismatching lack of material items). Responsibility for monitoring piping construction and fabrication activities ensuring quality and taking necessary actions to maintain satisfactory standards. Preparing work packages with all design documentations and method statement for work permit approval. Producing documentation required for field testing including hydro test diagrams test certificate, mechanical completion certificate (MCC). Witnessing all field test including hydro test (HT), UT, DPT. Reviewing all site work and prepare the punch list for the construction contractor.
