Total working experience of 9 years Completed I started my career as a freelance makeup artist in manipur (work with association call Expression)and Delhi after completing my Master Diploma in skin and hair from Darpan Guwahati . Few years later I joined as a kaya therapist in kaya skin clinic Indiranagar Bangalore assisting Dematologist in beauty asthetics services like an aesthetic skin care pampering treatments the primary focus on anti-aging treatment such as Botox & Fillers skin rejuvenation therapies Aqua infusion micro derma abrasion facials and chemical skin peels laser hair reduction and several other such services. Later I joined Estee lauder company in the year 2018 December as a Beauty Advisor and got promoted to a new role SMC lead and my job is to supervise guiding and motivating my team helping colleagues work together and ensure they're delivering good customer service. Ensuring the staff are happy so the business can run smoothly organise and delegate their workload as well as monitoring them to make sure it's done correctly. Thank you.
