Ngaruiya Githegi is Co-Founder of CentreStage Marketing, Youth Dynamix Kenya, and Co-Founder and Managing Director at TW Media Limited. Ngaruiya is tasked with the responsibility of leading these organizations, but also focusing on developing marketing programs, brand management, and corporate partnerships. He also serves as these companies’ Corporate Communications Director, which involves overseeing the design and implementation of all communications strategies, policies, and processes. Ngaruiya leads a young and energetic team responsible for implementing all activities for the company, including branding, marketing communications, customer development, business research, marketing strategy, and business development activity. To achieve this, Ngaruiya uses his many years of experience in advertising and marketing. Prior to co-founding CentreStage Marketing, TW Media Limited & Youth Dynamix, Ngaruiya worked in the creative and strategic marketing departments at several companies. Notable is his three years as Senior Copywriter at McCann Ericksson Kenya, where he not only created award-winning communication but also marketing strategies. Ngaruiya also worked for Young & Rubicam and DDB Nairobi in the capacity of Copywriter for over 5 years.
