I’m a dynamic and action-oriented leader with proven success driving organizational change, integrating acquired entities, and scaling enterprise systems. Whether navigating the complexities of a $1.5B acquisition or launching a global ERP platform, I lead with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt mindset—grounded in data, driven by purpose, and focused on real-world results. Currently, I serve as Director of Global Business Process Engineering at Soufflet Malt, where I lead strategic initiatives spanning all business entities, ERP, AI, and digital transformation. I unify efforts across global CEOs, CIOs, CFOs and technology partners to design future-focused roadmaps, reduce friction, and drive sustainable impact. Previously, as IT Director of Enterprise Architecture at United Malt Group, I directed an ERP implementation for 800 users and launched a Transportation Management System with extensive annual savings through automation and seamless ERP integration. These wins were the result of blending strategic vision with hands-on execution, supported by strong change management, process redesign, and stakeholder collaboration.
