About Niall Commiskey

I am a member of the Oracle Integration Product Management Group, a world-wide organization; my focus being our customers in EMEA. By customers I am including both internal and external parties. Oracle Integration Cloud(OIC) is a leader in the Gartner magic quadrant for Enterprise Integration Platforms. My job is to make it the number 1, by increasing the customer base and ensuring customer satisfaction. My work is very varied as I interface with many stakeholders including customers, partners, Oracle tech sales and pre-sales, Oracle SaaS sales and pre-sales and Oracle BDM teams. I am also the conduit to inbound product management and engineering for the aforementioned stakeholders. My work involves both technical and commercial pre- and post-sales support. Essentially, I am the one stop shop for OIC in EMEA from a technical and commercial perspective. I am one of those product managers who knows his product from A-Z, not just from a presentation or demonstration perspective. I have been involved in many POCs and support escalations as well as being recognized as an SME in respect of enterprise integration architectures and best practices. Through my activities, I have got a solid knowledge of many SaaS applications including Netsuite, Oracle ERP, Oracle HCM, SFDC, Oracle Hospitality (Micros Cloud) and Shopify. This makes a key difference when advising customers, as it allows me to converse with the line of business owners, helping me appreciate their integration challenges and concerns. As already mentioned, I work closely with our Inbound Product Management and Engineering teams, providing input into product vision, direction and features, as well as pricing. I am also heavily involved in GTM strategy definition and execution. Pre-Covid, I have presented at Oracle Open World events in London and Dubai, as well as speaking at many Oracle User Group events.
