About Niamh Henderson

As a personal assistant to the Director of Midwifery at Ireland South Women and Infants Directorate (ISWID), I have over five years of experience in providing administrative and organisational support to the leadership and communications teams. I have also acquired valuable skills and credentials in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management, thanks to the Google certifications and the postgraduate degree I completed at Cork Institute of Technology. My mission is to ensure a positive and professional image of ISWID, as well as to enhance staff well-being and engagement through various initiatives and projects. I enjoy collaborating with the Communications Project Manager and other stakeholders to create and deliver high-quality content, branding, and strategies that reflect the vision and values of ISWID. I am passionate about improving the customer and patient experience and satisfaction with the service we provide.
