About Niamh O.

Low unemployment rates (3.8% as of December 2023), intense skill shortages and rising salary expectations are drastically impacting organisations and their ability to attract and retain talent. Every industry has been impacted. Posting a job online and hoping for that one unicorn applicant simply won't cut it. I specialise in developing digital recruitment marketing campaigns that captivate and inspire target audiences, for high-volume job vacancies. Forming a deep understanding of your organisation, the role requirements and your target candidates is what I do best. Designing an effective suite of assets across Google and various Social Media platforms requires the best Job Spec and go-to-market messaging to be identified. Rather than providing hiring success for the next 3-6 months, my goal is to embed processes in your organisation that ensure hiring effectiveness in the long term, even after my work with your organisation has been completed. Seeing the impact of my work and its ability to partner top talent with suitable organisations drives me to achieve better results continuously. If you would like to talk about the power of recruitment marketing for talent attraction, get in touch.
