About Niamh Shaw

With a First-Class Honours degree in Media, Culture & Communications, I’ve always been passionate about storytelling, culture, and the power of media to shape perspectives and connect people.‍ Since graduating, I’ve gained valuable experience in an office coordinator role, strengthening my organisational, communication and project support skills — while staying actively engaged in the world of media and marketing. In 2024, I completed the Girls in Marketing Internship Programme, which gave me hands-on exposure to real-world marketing tools and challenges. It was here I began developing my understanding of SEO, digital strategy, and the evolving landscape of content creation. I'm comfortable using tools like Canva and Adobe Express to create engaging visuals, and I’m eager to build on this foundation. I particularly enjoy getting stuck into creative projects, working collaboratively, and learning by doing — whether that's drafting compelling copy, producing audio content, or brainstorming campaign ideas. I’m now looking to return to my creative roots and pursue opportunities in:Marketing & digital communicationsContent creation & social mediaRadio & podcastingJournalism & editorial I’m driven by curiosity, creativity, and the desire to tell stories that matter. If you're working on something exciting in this space, I’d love to connect!
