I am also pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration at Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago UTESA.My mission is to recruit and train the best employees, supervise the work, harmonize the relationship between the company and the workers, and ensure high performance, equal opportunities, and compliance with various regulations. I have experienced on how to successfully staffed a call center to global standards, managed employee relations and collective bargaining, and improved employee motivation and retention.
