George Bernard Shaw once said, “Don’t wait for the right opportunity: create it.” I have lived by this quote since I was a child - running the neighborhood candy/confections shop through my parent’s back door then, to now, running a small vending distribution business, Woodglory Vending Solutions, Inc. From the onset of my professional career, almost 2 decades now, I have been working in some aspect of customer service, and I am now planning a transition into the world of Information Technology. Although successful in my customer service career, I have realized the greatest joy I find is working with and amongst the newest innovations in technology. I possess a(n)- Solid foundation in providing IT support: As an Office Automation Assistant for the Unites States Department of Commerce, I have been responsible for assisting hundred of individuals in the troubleshooting, documentation and resolution of many different hardware- and software- related technical issues. Working quickly, efficiently and being able to multi-task were all skills gained and/or strengthened while in this position- Irrefutable track record in providing excellent customer service to individuals and executives at all levels.
