About Nicholas Balla

I am a fourth year student at the University of Cincinnati, pursuing my Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering. My most recent co-op/ internship has been with Boeing Commercial Aircraft in Everett, Washington. As a structural engineering intern at Boeing, I was able to sharpen my structural engineering skills by improving the efficiency on specific Boeing analyses that would save analysts time and effort in creating different stress analysis templates. Before this internship at Boeing, I spent 2 co-op rotations with NMG Aerospace in Stow, Ohio as a Manufacturing Engineer. At NMG, I learned a lot about hydraulic systems and the manufacturing processes of various motor valves that have applications in the Aerospace field. I have also coded in Python, MATLAB, Excel, and LabVIEW, with most interest and experience lies inside of Python.
