About Nicholas Bellomy

Over the past 10 years, I’ve built and managed Deloitte’s client relationships with C-suite-level clients at 13 organizations to address challenges at the intersection of technology, customer strategy, and risk management. I’ve made my reputation as the manager that is brought in to ‘right-the-ship’ on projects in exceptionally challenging client environments. I approach clients with empathy and an intellectual interest in their operational realities and pressures. Through this approach, I’ve re-established clients’ trust, solidified Deloitte’s position in the space, and converted clients into advocates for Deloitte’s solution, thereby growing new market opportunities with the client organization. In parallel to managing these client relationships, I manage teams that develop, deliver, and maintain creative technology solutions. I enjoy building and mentoring cohesive teams of engineers, design specialists, product managers, and subject matter experts to bring diverse perspectives to bear. I like working with my team and the client to get to the root of the client’s challenges, create structure around seemingly amorphous problems, and then deliver solutions that both provide ‘quick-wins’ for the client and are sustainable in the long term. I have used this approach to build, lead, and financially manage a $10M portfolio of, predominantly, green-field projects
