I have over 5 years of experience in credit and account relations, having previously worked as a Credit Representative at Star Group, LP, where I handled billing, collections, and disputes for a large portfolio of clients. I have strong communication and teamwork skills, which I developed during my education at Boston College, where I graduated with a bachelor of psychology paired with a marketing minor. My education also gave me a solid foundation in consumer behavior, market research, and data analysis, which I apply to my current role. I am passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and finding solutions that meet their needs.
