I'm currently the team lead for MTN SA Enterprise Systems Management (ESM). ESM assist I.T. departments with following standards such as ITIL, Agile or Six Sigma. It runs the change \ availability \ release \ event management systems. As such it requires a good understanding of the business and I.T's role in enabling the business to reach its full potential. I've worked in this discipline for over a decade and am still learning new things daily, however am now looking for new opportunities. I love my job and over the years have developed knowledge of most aspects of I.T. ranging from; Config Management Change, Incident and Problem Management Monitoring - Infrastructure, applications and business transactions System integration and design Service levels Business analysis and impact of I.T. systems and outages to the core business.
