A few of my recent successes include: Executed the first customer research project within 60 days by creating a customer research methodology from inception; established an ongoing customer telephone and survey process running quarterly. Created a sales funnel process and built out an SDR team, which reduced a 2-year backlog of marketing leads, made more than 65 calls daily, and qualified more than 10 new revenue opportunities weekly. Authored the entire first product specifications and worked with the entire cross-functional team to launch the product, which earned more than $6M in revenue within 18 months plus annual repeat business. Added more than $10M in annual revenue and increased the yearly renewal rate by 10%.
