Our world today moves at lightning speed. As an entrepreneurially minded operations leader, highly decorated US Army veteran, and trusted government advisor moving into the private sector, I consistently rise to the challenge of rapidly developing transformational solutions for complex program and project management issues. Well-equipped with the adaptability, resilience, and integrity to efficiently optimize processes and effectively oversee change, I have held multiple positions aligning strategic vision and empowering leadership. Presently a Assistant Chief Patrol Agent and served as the acting deputy director for US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), I provide support for a newly merged office integrating intelligence and border-protection functions, encompassing customs, border patrol, finance, trade, legal reporting and compliance, and business administration. I also document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies for the global organization of employees. Some additional accomplishments from my esteemed career include: • Building and guiding a task force to navigate difficulties arising from the evacuation of Afghan nationals from Afghanistan. • Coordinating the seamless merger of 3 operational divisions into one, unifying headquarters, creating all new policies and procedures, and leading personnel training and development. • Leading a crisis management center for issues arising from the southwest border crisis as well as negotiating an impactful agreement between the US and Mexico to respond to large-scale crises. • Transforming the CBP Advanced Training Center into an award-winning organization offering training for real-world emergencies. • Providing emergency management training to over employees to include agency executives.
