About Nicholas Dion

With over a decade of experience, I’ve grown eCommerce businesses from $0M to $20M and scaled others from $10M to $50M, while helping them elevate their ESG impact. That’s the result though, not the goal. The goal is creating an amazing experience across all digital touchpoints, from social media to post-purchase service. It’s all about making it easy and fun for the customer, and that was my focus at iconic outdoor brands Arc’teryx, Salomon, Atomic and Wilson in the APAC region (Australia, NZ, Japan, Korea, Taiwan). My strengths? I’ve worked and hired across digital, retail, customer service, marketing, and sustainability, allowing me to have the rare 360 degree vision to deliver brand desirability with revenue goals effectively. I focus on what to-do and what not-to-do and I build high performing teams. And to think this all started by being raised in my parents’ sporting goods retail business where I earned my hours in selling and customer service.
