Post 2008, specialized on developing the long-term vision and technology solutions to manage and optimize the usage of funding, collateral, Counterparty/CVA risk, risk weighted assets, balance sheet and capital at both Morgan Stanley and UBS. Led the Equities Technology group globally at UBS Investment Bank, directing two major $100m+ transformation programs within Cash Equities and Equity Derivatives and co-headed the Application Delivery group for UBS Investment Bank. Most recently implemented an IT modernization and resiliency program for Bank of New York Mellon. Now currently playing a hands-on application development role, creating AI-based software tools allowing Bank of New York Mellon to manage a portfolio of bank-wide transformation programs sponsored by the bank’s CEO.
