My work is driven by a passion for helping students—particularly adult learners and working professionals—navigate their educational and career journeys. In my current role as Program Manager, I support students in the Pathways for the Future program by creating scalable career readiness strategies that meet learners where they are. In addition, I manage our department website by creating engaging pages for students to obtain career resources. I bring a strong commitment to equity, innovation, and student success—values I carry forward as an adjunct professor at Colorado Technical University.
