I am a ‘full stack’ policy researcher with expertise in applying research and evidence around open technologies and digital government towards policy, advocacy, and communications goals. My expertise is in the digitalization of public administrations and and open technologies, particularly in the European and African contexts. While I work on EU policy now, my background is in the development sector, working on a range of topics around digital technology for development, including national digital transformation strategy, public finance management, digital service delivery, and data governance. I have experience working in non-profit, for-profit and academic research contexts, as well as doing advocacy towards different audiences. I am experienced in mixed-methods research, data analysis, project management, and partnership building, with a track record of delivering high quality research, policy, and communications outputs.
