Professional Environmental/Civil Engineer with near 10 years of experience in the Environmental Consulting and Civil Construction industries. Over the past 6 years at EllisDon and the Port Lands Flood Protection project I've had the opportunity to work as a Superintendent and Project Manager, completing work totaling over $250M+. I have taken on the responsibility of the General Superintendent for overall field management and supervision, while also acting as the Superintendent and Project Manager for the following scopes of work: River Valley Construction (Secant/Caisson Walls and Diaphragm Walls); Dockwall Demolition, Reinforcement and New Construction; Large Scale Excavation and Dredging; Land and Marine based finishes; Historical Structure Rehabilitation; Building Demolition and Site Preparation; Civil Utilities Removals and Installations; Road and Sidewalk Maintenance; and general marine construction. My responsibilities include: coordination with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory and conservation authorities; management and coordination; design review; contract and change management; schedule creation, review and conformance; budget creation, review and conformance; invoicing/billing; document management (RFI, Submissions, etc.); and estimation. My consulting background of Project Management includes: overseeing field investigations; data presentation; engineering analysis and report preparation; communication to the regulatory agencies regarding the environmental aspects of the redevelopment. I've completed and supervised Phase One and Phase Two Environmental Site Assessments (CSA and O.Reg153/04), Hydrogeological Investigations, and Soil and Water Management Plans for a variety of agricultural, residential, industrial, commercial and institutional properties. I also have experience in site remediation and environmental monitoring.
