With a solid foundation in audiology and product management, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and strategic insight to the Connected Care space. Over the past 10 years, I’ve transitioned from working directly with patients to driving innovation and adoption of industry-leading technologies across APAC. As a Product Manager in Connected Care at Cochlear, I focus on understanding customer needs and developing scalable processes that improve patient outcomes and drive product adoption. Key Achievements: Successfully launched Nucleus SmartNav (Intraoperative testing tool) across eight APAC countries, enabling surgeons to streamline procedures and improve surgical precision. This involved: Developing the go-to-market strategy, including pricing and positioning to ensure market success. Rolling out iPad-as-a-Service to ensure accessibility and scalability across APAC. Leading hospital discussions on data privacy and cybersecurity requirements, building trust with key stakeholders. Designing support processes for seamless product implementation. Managing internal stakeholders across clinical, regulatory, finance, logistics, and R&D teams to ensure alignment. Collaborating with external suppliers and vendors to maintain delivery timelines and quality. Result: Established a robust framework for product deployment across APAC, ensuring timely launches while navigating diverse country regulations, legal requirements, and varying customer needs. Developed a Power BI dashboard to track adoption metrics, providing real-time insights for senior leadership to monitor launch progress and make data-driven decisions. Result: Enhanced strategic planning and improved decision-making through better visibility of key performance indicators. Spearheaded the rollout of Remote Care capabilities and Programming Software across APAC, driving the adoption of innovative technologies to expand patient access to care. Result: Strengthened the region’s connected care ecosystem, positioning Cochlear as a leader in remote healthcare solutions and demonstrating adaptability in managing diverse technology rollouts.
