Successful international business development professional and senior management consultant with experience in investment banking, real estate, sponsorship marketing and public speaking. Strategic Communication Partners was started to assist midsize businesses (up to $2 billion in sales) with emphasis in the agriculture sector, to help plan, strategize and execute growth strategies for clients. We work with approximately twenty CEO's in our private roundtable conferences, board of director training, crisis management and senior management planning sessions. I have written numerous business plans and successfully started several new businesses. In my career I have spoken to groups from small senior management teams to groups of 1,500 sales people. I have worked and lived in Australia, New Zealand and Costa Rica.Previously, I spent ten years in international business development, sponsorship marketing, customer insights, and a stint in investment banking at a sell side mergers and acquisitions firm. I have worked closely with companies such as Walmart, Castrol (BP), Kellogg's and Yamaha in developing and managing marketing and sponsorship programs for them.Specialties: International business development, strategic planning and implementation, real estate, marketing and management, project management, foreign business start ups including all aspects of the business, day-to-day oversight of accounting, website development and deployment, negotiations with vendors, investor relations and sales training in varying market conditions.Spanish skills are improving and I'm comfortable with conversational Spanish (including government meetings in Spanish).
