Background

About Nicholas Harris

I am a clinical psychologist, and have opened a new psychology private practice on the NSW Central Coast with two colleagues, Belinda Allen and Jenna Wilson, in October 2023. The clinic, Choice Point Psychology, is accepting new referrals, via email, fax, web inquiry, or phone call. We have recently moved to our new premises, in North Wyong. I am one of the three founders and directors of the clinic. You can see for details. Belinda's linkedin can be viewed here: I have previously worked in a multidisciplinary private practice working with children and adolescent clients (4-17yo). I have also previously worked in a mental health hospital, running both inpatient and outpatient group programs for adults in the mental health team at a hospital. I have been involved in writing group programs, delivering family/parenting sessions, cognitive assessment and report writing, as well as individual therapy. I have also maintained a keen interest in academia, where my research program and teaching has a strong focus on social psychology, psychometrics/psychological testing, statistics, research methods, intercultural diversity and indigenous psychology. I have published journal articles, textbook chapters, and presented at international conferences.
